Health and Safety in Ontario is based on the Internal Responsibility System where all workplace parties participate in developing our programs and policies and to ensure that all workers have knowledge and have been trained in the programs and policies. The concept of creating a “safety culture” where all workers, management and owners think safety first as the primary goal.
